**Building Strong Relationships with Guests**
As a Front Office Manager at Carlton Dublin Airport, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our guests, exceeding their expectations, and ensuring that they have an exceptional stay.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the front desk operations, including check-ins/check-outs, guest requests, and concierge services.
- Providing excellent customer service, responding promptly to guest queries, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Working closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- 1-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a management or supervisory position.
- A comprehensive understanding of hotel operations, including all departments.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and guests.
- A calm, efficient, and professional approach to work, with a high level of attention to detail.
