Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled professional to assume the role of Operations Manager. This position offers a dynamic workload requiring technical expertise, organisational skills and industry knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating detailed production plans using AutoCAD software
- Ordering materials/goods and maintaining accurate stock records
- Preparing costings for incoming materials and goods
- Supervising workshop staff and fitting teams
- Coordinating snag lists and ensuring successful project completion
- Managing day-to-day business operations and collaborating with office staff
- Conducting site surveys, liaising with contractors and providing exceptional customer service
Candidate Qualifications
- Extensive industry knowledge is essential
- Strong AutoCAD skills with proven experience in producing production drawings
- Excellent organisational and record-keeping abilities
- Effective communication and people management skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive problem-solver focused on delivering results
