Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to assume the role of Operations Manager. This position offers a dynamic workload requiring technical expertise, organisational skills and industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating detailed production plans using AutoCAD software
  • Ordering materials/goods and maintaining accurate stock records
  • Preparing costings for incoming materials and goods
  • Supervising workshop staff and fitting teams
  • Coordinating snag lists and ensuring successful project completion
  • Managing day-to-day business operations and collaborating with office staff
  • Conducting site surveys, liaising with contractors and providing exceptional customer service

Candidate Qualifications

  • Extensive industry knowledge is essential
  • Strong AutoCAD skills with proven experience in producing production drawings
  • Excellent organisational and record-keeping abilities
  • Effective communication and people management skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
