Strategic Quality Leader

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance and Improvement Manager to join our team in Dublin.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a quality-focused professional to drive strategic initiatives and best practices across major projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Maintain Quality Systems: Implement and maintain our Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 and EU Construction Product Regulations.
  • Collaborate with Project Teams: Embed quality standards from project inception to final handover, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
  • Lead Audits and Continuous Improvement: Conduct internal and external audits, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Promote Best Practices: Encourage continuous improvement by identifying opportunities, leading initiatives, and sharing lessons learned across the business.
  • Deliver Training and Guidance: Provide training and guidance on quality processes and requirements to teams across the organization.
  • Ensure Seamless Communication: Coordinate with consultants, site teams, and supply chain partners to meet quality expectations.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Construction, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in a quality-focused role within the construction industry, with a strong understanding of ISO 9001 and EU/regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to travel to project sites across Ireland and Europe.
