The role of a Senior Site Manager is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of construction sites.

With at least 10 years of experience working for major building contractors in Ireland or the UK, the ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks/projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Site Management: Manage the day-to-day running of the site, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Quality Control: Checking plans, drawings and supervision of subcontractors across the project.
  • Team Coordination: Manage and coordinate both site staff and sub-contractors on site.
  • Adherence to Standards: Ensure work is carried out to the highest of standards and collaborate with the Project Manager to adhere to the construction programme.
Key Requirements:
  • A degree in Engineering / Construction Management or Trade background.
  • Safety and Quality Knowledge: Ability to read and understand construction drawings, knowledge of latest building regulations and certification standards, and good knowledge of safety and quality management.
