Salary:
€45-€55,000


The primary goal of this role is to deliver high-quality customer service by overseeing order placement and execution with relevant production units. This includes handling escalated customer queries from the Customer Service team and managing any complaints. To achieve positive customer results, the Account Manager must analyze KPIs related to financial performance and delivery metrics.


The Account Manager will also be responsible for strengthening long-term relationships by developing and enhancing customer contracts and supplier agreements. This involves collecting and analyzing customer insights (requirements, planning, satisfaction) and hosting regular customer performance reviews with clients. Additionally, the Account Manager will take on ad hoc special projects and initiatives that drive operational excellence and customer value.


To succeed in this role, candidates should have a minimum Diploma or degree qualification in a business or engineering discipline. They should also have at least 3 years of experience in customer-related roles, with experience in the Aviation industry being advantageous. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer focus, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and solid proficiency in MS Office/Teams and ERP Systems.
