Job Title:

Customer Service Representative

 

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, working in a fast-paced environment, and taking initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Booking Management: Manage all bookings via phone, email, and online booking system, ensuring accurate daily updates on capacity and availability.
  • Administration: Handle all bookings and inquiries professionally, sending booking confirmation details to customers.
  • Communication: Answer phones, address queries, pass them to relevant departments, and take clear and concise messages.
  • System Management: Update online bookings via the Booking Layer system.
  • Financials: Monitor and process deposits, payments, and invoices.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues with bookings or reservations.
  • Liaison: Coordinate with other departments to keep bookings up-to-date and inform reception of any changes.
  • Sales: Promote and sell activities and packages, highlighting their unique features.
  • Conversion: Convert inquiries into bookings by engaging with customers and offering tailored recommendations.
  • Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with potential customers to secure bookings and answer any questions.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Equivalent experience to customer service qualification.
  • Communication: Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Reliability: Punctual and reliable.
  • Telephone Manner: Excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Teamwork: Strong team working skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and email communication.
