Job Title: Sales and Customer Support Specialist

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional customer service and sales support in a fast-paced retail environment. Key objectives include establishing strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales, and offering solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop effective working relationships with customers to understand their requirements and supply the correct products.
  • Utilize initiative to identify sales opportunities and offer advice and solutions to customers.
  • Achieve Sales & margin targets through proactive sales strategies.
  • Maintain a clean and effectively merchandised counter area in line with company standards.
