Customer Support Specialist

Job Overview:
As a key member of our support team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction, driving sales growth, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Retention: Develop and implement effective strategies to engage existing customers, address their concerns, and identify opportunities for retention.
- New Customer Acquisition: Promote and onboard new customers through proactive outreach, providing detailed information about our services and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Quality Checks: Conduct rigorous quality checks on new sales to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards. Verify customer information and documentation to prevent errors and ensure seamless onboarding processes.
- Customer Journey Support: Offer comprehensive support across multiple channels, including calls, emails, and live chat. Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer support, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant technology tools.
