Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled customer support specialist to provide front-line assistance for incident management and ticket resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer-reported, automated, and human-generated alerts relating to service status as first responder.
  • Take corrective action following standard operating procedures.
  • Understand monitoring concepts: infrastructure, systems, application health, system availability, latency, performance, and end-to-end monitoring.
  • Exchange Online administration (mailbox creation, management, migration, mail-flow).
  • Basic knowledge in Networking (TCP/IP, DNS).
  • Resolve complex issues ranging from OS and application faults to creatively improving solution design.
Qualifications
  • Experience with incident management and problem-solving.
  • Exchange Online administration skills.
  • Fundamental networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS).
  • Ability to troubleshoot OS and application faults and contribute to solution design improvements.
