Job Overview:

The role of a cash and treasury manager in the EMEA region is to manage international cash and treasury operations. The successful candidate will work closely with various parts of Dole's financial operations, including payables, receivables, and accounting.

  • This involves managing daily cash and liquidity, as well as fund accounts accordingly.
  • Preparing the weekly cash forecast is also an essential task.
  • Consolidating and reviewing weekly forecast submissions from entities is crucial for accurate forecasting.

About the Job:

  1. Assist with the month-end process by reconciling intercompany balances.
  2. Set interest rates at the end of each month.
  3. Ensure that all bank sweeps are captured in the treasury management system.
  4. Distribute month-end reports.
  5. Manage the foreign exchange trading, confirmation, and settlement process.
  6. Oversee monthly intercompany netting and settlement.
  7. Manage the monthly securitization program.
  8. Meet various treasury workstation requirements.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in corporate treasury or banking is essential.
  • Knowledge of cash management products, bank services, and processes is necessary.
