Highly Skilled Software Test Engineer Required


About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Software Test Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our agile development team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality payment solutions through our Payment Gateway Service.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, including integration and functional testing.
  • Review project timelines, focusing on test plans and acceptance criteria.
  • Design and maintain test automation frameworks, tools, and test suites.
  • Collaborate closely with the engineering team to embed quality and testing standards throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Build robust test automation frameworks using industry-standard tools such as Playwright.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience in debugging and testing UI and Java/JVM-based applications.
  • Proficiency with modern quality engineering and test automation tools (e.g., JUnit, Jenkins, Selenium, TestNG, JMeter).
  • Strong background in creating test automation scripts from scratch using OOP languages and frameworks like Selenium.
  • Familiarity with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to create effective acceptance and integration test automation scripts, integrating them with CI systems like Jenkins or Bamboo, and utilizing code coverage tools like Sonar or Clover.
  • Exposure to performance engineering requirements is a plus.
  • Experience testing cloud applications is desirable.
  • Familiarity with developing Java-based web services is a bonus but not required.
