We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our retail and hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a background in management and thrive in fast-paced, customer-centric environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager with daily operations, including cash handling, adherence to security protocols, opening/closing procedures
  • Lead, train, and inspire the team to deliver outstanding customer service and support performance management
  • Ensure a welcoming, high-energy environment and effectively resolve customer queries
  • Assist in driving store performance by monitoring sales, identifying trends, and supporting KPI achievement.
  • Maintain high standards in store presentation and visual merchandising

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within retail or hospitality; confident in engaging with the public and ensuring high service standards
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role is an advantage
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proven leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and engage team members
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage operations, staff, customer needs, and admin tasks in a fast-paced setting
  • Problem solving and decision-making skills
