Senior Operations Leader

We are seeking a Operations Manager to lead and develop a team of operators, ensuring high levels of performance and employee engagement. Key responsibilities include evaluating employee performance, conducting performance appraisals, and coaching/mentoring for a high-performance culture. The successful candidate will also utilise production system tools to increase performance and productivity, guide and mentor junior team members, and ensure key metrics are achieved.
Requirements- Degree or master's in business, production management, engineering, or related discipline, or demonstrated equivalent experience.
- Minimum 4 years in a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisor experience.
- Knowledge of production principles, practices, and procedures.
The ideal candidate will be able to work with minimal supervision, consulting leaders on unusual matters, and possess excellent influencing and communication skills. They should also have the ability to interpret and analyse information for operational action, problem solve with process knowledge, and demonstrate leadership skills to work with people and set direction in cross-functional teams.
