Nutrition Expert Wanted

Are you a nutrition expert looking for a challenging role? We are seeking an experienced Nutritionist to join our team

The ideal candidate will have a passion for nutrition and healthy eating, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for providing expert nutrition advice and information services to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain relationships with government bodies and NGOs, representing the company's interests externally.
  • Act as a spokesperson on all nutrition issues, ensuring customer satisfaction with nutrition information services.
  • Advise on policies related to nutrition and diet.
  • Stay up-to-date with current legislation and emerging trends.
  • Communicate findings to the business, advising on actions needed to comply with official nutritional guidance and legislation.
  • Use social media effectively to deliver nutrition messages and advice.
  • Provide training for staff at an appropriate level to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
  • Manage recipe management systems, ensuring they are maintained and updated to meet the needs of the business and customers.
  • Work with marketing teams to underpin all programmes with sound nutrition policies.
  • Ensure all publications meet legal requirements.
  • Raise awareness of nutrition through internal communications.


Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the industry.
  • Third-level qualification in nutrition or food science degree.
  • Registered public health nutritionist, or on track to achieve registration.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, with intermediate-advanced Excel & PowerPoint as a minimum requirement.
  • A passion to positively influence healthy eating.
  • Strong planning and organization skills; excellent attention to detail.
