Account Manager

To succeed in this challenging role, you will build strong relationships with customers and drive business growth. Your primary focus will be on championing customer interests, overseeing order placement and execution, and safeguarding delivery conditions.

  • You will act as the voice of the customer, handling escalated queries from the Customer Service team and managing complaints with a solutions-focused approach.
  • Responsibility for achieving budgeted customer results and analysing KPIs related to financial performance and delivery metrics is expected.
  • Long-term relationships will be strengthened by developing and enhancing customer contracts and supplier agreements.
  • Collect and analyse customer insights, host regular customer performance reviews to foster partnership success.

Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma/degree qualified, preferably in a business or engineering discipline.
  • 3 years+ Experience in customer-related roles.
  • Experience in Aviation MRO industry advantageous.
  • Exceptional service orientation and customer focus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid proficiency in relevant IT systems used (MS Office/Teams, ERP Systems).
  • Very good knowledge of internal processes and relationships is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and well-developed conceptual thinking abilities.
  • Diplomacy and negotiating ability.
  • Strong initiative to make decisions and a structured, systematic way of working.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
