As a key member of our team, we are looking for individuals who can deliver exceptional customer service and drive operational excellence in our stores.
Key Responsibilities- Act with a customer-first attitude and build meaningful connections with customers to create a loyal and engaged customer base.
- Execute store operations during scheduled shifts, ensuring seamless execution of opening and closing duties as assigned.
- Provide high-quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently by adhering to recipe and presentation standards.
- Maintain health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products to ensure a safe working environment.
- Create a positive learning environment by providing clear, specific, timely, and respectful coaching and feedback to partners on shift.
We are seeking individuals with excellent communication skills and a real passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Previous experience in a similar role is highly valued but not essential.
