Mechanical Construction Manager Job Description

About Your New Role:

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Manager to lead our mechanical construction activities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily construction processes, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage mechanical construction activities
  • Develop and organize construction processes
  • Manage site design and mechanical construction processes
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders
  • Lead and motivate the team to meet project requirements and deadlines

Requirements:

  • Relevant background in a trade or engineering discipline
  • Over 5 years of experience, preferably with M&E Contractors in Ireland or the UK
  • Strong understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
  • Experience with piping systems installation is highly desirable
  • Proven ability to manage people and programs, with excellent communication skills
