We are currently seeking a highly motivated Returns Agent to fill this exciting role.

Job Overview:

This Returns Agent position is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and providing exceptional customer service. As a Returns Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring customers receive and return their vehicles in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with colleagues to guarantee seamless customer experiences.
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and damage control; and consistently meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in these areas.
  • Process all workshop vehicles according to established procedures.
  • Communicate regularly with fleet supervisors to ensure cars meet our company's quality standards.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
  • Holding a full clean B driving licence for at least 2 years is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic environment is crucial.
