**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Precast Production Leader to oversee all aspects of precast concrete production and manufacturing operations.

This role ensures efficient operations, quality standards, and on-time delivery while leading and mentoring production teams and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage daily production activities for precast concrete manufacturing, including resource allocation and inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations and standards.
  • Monitor production schedules, resource utilization, and inventory levels to meet delivery timelines and customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and procurement teams for seamless project execution and coordination.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.
  • Train, supervise, and evaluate production staff performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  • Address operational challenges and maintain equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal production capacity.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Proven experience in precast or concrete manufacturing management and leadership.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively.
  • Knowledge of production equipment, quality control standards, and health & safety regulations, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and customers.
