Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our hotel team as a Room Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by ensuring their bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and well-presented.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge, working closely with our Head Housekeeper to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel, paying particular attention to guest rooms and bathrooms.
  • Strip and make beds, refresh towels and linen as required, and ensure all areas are tidy and organized.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the relevant department.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team to exceed guest expectations and achieve business objectives.
