Senior Contracts Manager - Roofing Industry

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and manage roofing and cladding contracts from start to finish – ensuring schedule, budget, and compliance targets are met.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and contractors to facilitate smooth execution of projects.
  • Manage a team of Site Managers, Engineers, and Subcontractors, promoting an environment that encourages accountability, safety, and excellence.
  • Monitor contract performance and compliance in line with legal, commercial, and quality standards, addressing any issues that arise during execution.
  • Produce regular internal and external progress reports and conduct commercial risk assessments.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager in the Roofing, Cladding, Façades, or Envelope Construction industries.
  • Knowledge of RIAI, Public Works, and bespoke commercial construction contracts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, project scheduling software, and commercial reporting tools.
  • Experience leading large site teams and subcontractor networks.
  • Qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or similar.
  • Full clean driver's license required.
