National Account Manager

Job Overview

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced National Account Manager to join our team in Ireland. The successful candidate will have full accountability for developing strategic plans for key accounts in the Irish Market, driving sales, profit, and net working capital exceeding targets.

Your Responsibilities
  • Achieve Net Revenue, Gross Margin & Net Working Capital targets for the account portfolio
  • Achieve account 4P targets (Product, Placement, Price & Promotion)
  • Provide challenge within a Category Business Team from a customer perspective
  • Develop multi-level relationships with the account
  • Achievement of account sales and trade investment targets for allocated account
  • Secure trading and distribution/promotion agreements in line with nominated major account's profile
The Skills We're Looking For

This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively deliver account plans and has a proven track record of P&L management, budget delivery, and growth momentum. The ideal candidate will have financial and commercial acumen, analytical and creative skills.

  • Educated to a high standard, with account management experience gained in FMCG sales
  • Able to build effective relationships both internally and externally
  • Interest and passion for entrepreneurship
