Job Title:

Lead Landscape Specialist / Master Planner

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Landscape Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading landscape planning projects from conception to completion, working closely with clients to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate large-scale landscape planning projects, including site visits, data analysis, and report writing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Conduct thorough site analyses, identify opportunities for innovative design solutions, and develop comprehensive landscape plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive project outcomes, coordinating with other professionals as necessary.
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and proposals to communicate project findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Participate in business development activities, such as identifying new business opportunities, networking, and contributing to marketing efforts.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to inform project decisions and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape planning, with a focus on project leadership and management.
  • Strong understanding of landscape architecture principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in CAD software, GIS systems, and other relevant design tools.
  • Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI) or similar professional accreditation.
