We are seeking a skilled accounting professional to join our dynamic team. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery, and providing exceptional client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client queries and relationship management.
  • Oversee compliance with statutory deadlines and regulatory requirements.
  • Review work completed by junior staff, ensuring quality and accuracy.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members to support their development.
  • Identify areas for process improvement within the team.
  • Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for new business opportunities.
  • Report challenges and improvement ideas to senior management.
Requirements:
  • ACA or ACCA qualified
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a general practice environment
  • Strong understanding of compliance, financial reporting, and client service
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lead, support, and collaborate with team members
