Senior Property Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced property development professional to join our team as a Senior Development Lead. This high-impact leadership role involves managing a portfolio of large-scale residential and regeneration projects across Ireland.
Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, driving commercial viability, developing investment strategies, overseeing procurement, representing the organisation externally, mentoring and managing development professionals, and monitoring project performance.
This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the delivery of nationally significant housing and regeneration projects, contributing to the transformation of Ireland's built environment.
Essential Qualifications- At least 15 years of experience in property development, delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- A degree-level qualification in construction, property, engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, feasibility analysis, procurement, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including experience with investment appraisals, cost planning, and budget oversight.
- Deep understanding of technical disciplines, planning systems, and construction methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, manage competing interests, and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
