Job Summary

Methodius Ltd is seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Specialist to join our team in Dublin. As a key member of our technical operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our customers across all areas of technology.

Key Responsibilities

1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
2. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
3. Handle escalated situations promptly and efficiently, providing additional oversight and assistance as needed.
4. Participate in regular technical bridges to discuss critical issues and develop solutions.
5. Monitor and manage Incidents & Service Requests to ensure timely resolution and minimize downtime.
6. Conduct regular check-ins with Support teams to ensure incidents are resolved within SLAs and reports are submitted on time.
7. Ensure service operations processes are aligned with guidelines and deliverables are met consistently.
8. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
9. Own accountability for achieving client KPIs and contractual obligations, driving performance excellence throughout TCS scope of operations.
10. Organize regular performance reviews with stakeholders to develop relationships and feedback channels, fostering continuous improvement in services.
11. Collaborate closely with Offshore and near-shore teams to deliver services efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

1. Proven experience in IT service management in large corporate environments, with a strong understanding of service management processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).
2. In-depth knowledge of infrastructure and application problems, with the ability to articulate complex issues to stakeholders effectively.
3. Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality work products.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and solve problems successfully.
5. Self-motivated, self-confident, flexible, adaptable, and open-minded, with a demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts when they arise.
6. Ability to anticipate and address potential issues before they escalate.
