Lead high-rise residential projects in Cork City and surrounding areas, overseeing construction drawings, specifications, and work requirements. Coordinate with design teams to ensure timely completion.

The Role:
  • Monitor and direct personnel, site staff, and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure works are completed according to programme.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Construction Management or related field (Third level qualification).
  • A minimum of 5 years experience as a Project Manager with a Main Contractor in UK or ROI.
  • Proven record of managing commercial projects valued over £20M.
