We have been serving customers in the UK and Ireland for over four decades with a customer experience centre offices meeting rooms and a fully equipped demonstration laboratory underscoring our commitment to customer support and advanced technology solutions.
The ideal candidate will report directly to the Sales Manager and be a technology enthusiast with strong motivation to understand the specific needs of diverse customers ensuring the right specifications are met and a suitable solution is presented.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets assigned by the Sales Manager for dedicated regions.
- Meet with customers regularly to discuss technical applications and commercial aspects of the sales process.
- Prepare and present technical presentations of ZwickRoell products to meet customer needs.
- Manage and interpret customer requirements speak with customers to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Generate technical sales proposals and discuss them with customers.
- Update records of customer communication and sales activity in CRM systems and follow internal protocols and workflows.
- Finalize orders after technical and commercial negotiation meetings with customers.
- Maintain good relationships with customers throughout the sales and after-sales process.
- Inform the marketing department about upcoming events and work closely with them to conduct such activities.
- Attend and arrange exhibitions conferences seminars and similar events to attract retain customers increase network improve branding and increase market awareness.
- Submit weekly monthly and visit reports to the Sales Manager as per defined timelines.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Degree in mechanical engineering or other related subjects advantageous but not necessary.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal able to adapt to situations and tasks.
- Highly proficient in MS Office capable of producing editing large documents Excel sheets and PowerPoint presentations Knowledge of MS SharePoint Dynamics CRM and MS Teams.
- Ability to use CRM experience preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
- Ability to present company and technical presentations.
- Able to work under pressure and autonomously.
