Accounts Payable Administrator Role

Job Description: As a valued team member, you will collaborate closely with the Branch Manager to provide support for various accounts payable tasks. This includes processing purchase ledger invoices and performing supplier reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with Internal Sales, Purchasing, and Commercial teams as well as suppliers to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Manage stock input, prioritize workload effectively, and maintain strong written and verbal communication skills.

We Are Looking For: A flexible individual who is willing to learn and enjoys working collaboratively with others. Previous experience/knowledge of the accounts payable process is desirable but not essential.
