Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled bookkeeper and administrative support specialist to join our team. As a financial administrator, you will be responsible for managing bookkeeping tasks, assisting with customer and administrative support, and maintaining a smooth office operation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations
  • Assist with VAT returns, payroll preparation, and accounts queries
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and welcome customers
  • Schedule jobs and maintain records
  • Provide general office and administrative support
Requirements:
  • Experience in bookkeeping/accounts (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Outlook)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work as part of a small team and independently
  • Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
