Solar Power Technician

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Solar Power Technician to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panel systems on residential properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and commission solar panel systems to the highest industry standards
  • Ensure timely completion of installations and projects
  • Engage with customers to provide information and advice on work being undertaken
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of all work performed and materials used
  • Comply with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in roofing or related fields such as cladding or industrial glazing
  • Previous experience in solar power installation is desirable
  • Must reside within commuting distance of Naas, Co. Kildare
  • Hold a full clean driver's license
  • Prior experience working at heights with harness use is essential
  • Ability to complete physical demands of the role with reasonable accommodation
  • Up-to-date knowledge of health and safety legislation and control measures
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills, along with a positive attitude towards customer interactions
