As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing high-volume debtor accounts and ensuring timely payment allocations to meet collection targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of debtor accounts.
  • Prepare monthly reconciliations and deliver reports, including aged debt analysis.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
  • Escalate collection issues as necessary and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in credit control function is required.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team is vital.
