We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our fast-paced data collection team. As a key member of the organization, we collaborate with various teams to deliver high-quality data for critical software and hardware development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with client teams and program managers to design, manage, and oversee global user studies to gather data for software and hardware development
  • Work with annotations, engineering, and algorithm teams to ensure final deliveries meet expectations
  • Manage vendors and project resources, ensuring effective communication with client teams
  • Oversee operational responsibilities, including workflow management and process improvement

You will be an exceptional team player for a critical team, engaging with stakeholders regularly and contributing to the success of our data collection team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's of Science degree or equivalent
  • Strong project/program management experience, passionate about delivering quality data within project timelines
  • Self-directed, proactive, and able to thrive in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
  • Highly motivated, good attention to detail, capable of working independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Adept at leading and motivating project teams across organizations
  • Experience in client management, establishing relationships, and leading multi-functional projects
  • Experience managing complex data collection and annotation projects
  • Consistent focus on improving, standardizing, and automating existing processes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work in self-directed environments and make timely reporting to leadership
