Projects Compliance Specialist

As a Projects Safety Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with EHS requirements and supporting project teams on site. Key responsibilities include identifying hazards in design, conducting design risk assessments, communicating necessary control measures, and carrying out continuous assessment and audits to ensure Site Projects Group compliance.
This is a critical position that requires expertise in Occupational Safety, Health, Environmental Science, or related discipline. You will be responsible for advising on Safety, Health, and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations, managing design safety risk assessments program, auditing and metricating projects safety files, training project engineers and managers, and supporting safety incident investigations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Safety, Health, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in EHS role, preferably in biopharma, pharmaceutical, or life sciences sector
- Proactive approach to risk management, focusing on quality, compliance, and continuous improvement
