Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Support Worker to join our teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support and care to individuals with disabilities, ensuring they receive the best possible outcomes in a safe and respectful manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalized care plans that cater to the unique needs and goals of each individual.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and best practice standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide person-centred care and support, promoting a dynamic and inclusive environment.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
- QQI Level 5 qualification in Social Care or Health Care, or a related field.
- Knowledge of HIQA Standards in Residential Centres.
- Excellent communication, IT, report writing, and planning skills.
- This post is subject to Garda clearance.
- A full driving licence is desirable.
- Candidates must have a deep commitment to each individual's rights and protection.
