About the Role- Prepare working papers and financial statements in line with relevant procedures and standards.
- Oversight of periodic management accounts preparation to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct client audits and prepare tax returns (corporate and personal) with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
- Investigate issues on assignments and discuss with partners and team members to resolve effectively.
- Ensure completion of assignments within agreed timeframes, prioritizing tasks and managing workload efficiently.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Prepare technical briefs and checklists for staff and clients and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Audit and/or accounting qualifications such as ACA or ACCA, with strong training and experience in these areas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on developing a career in professional services.
