Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic professional to fill the role of Financial Advisor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve targets for life, pension, and investment services by conducting comprehensive assessments with clients and identifying their financial planning needs.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients to grow the business.
  • Maintain high standards in professionalism and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Take responsibility for personal and professional development by improving sales, technical skills, and industry knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Recognised qualifications such as QFA or CFP.
Desirable Skills:
  • Proven ability to assess customer needs and provide solutions for investments, life, and pensions.
  • Strong self-starter with a high level of energy and initiative.
  • Sales experience, either with intermediaries or direct to the public.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and electronic point-of-sale systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Strong customer relationship management, ensuring satisfaction at every interaction.
  • Effective planning and organisation in managing competing tasks.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability.

This role is a Controlled Function (CF 3 & 4) under the Central Bank of Ireland's Fitness and Probity Regime.
