Financial Career Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Financial Advisor to join our team. As a key advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance on financial planning and wealth management.

  • You will conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial situations, identifying areas for improvement and recommending tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to provide the best possible advice to clients.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of financial services and products.

 

Requirements
  • A minimum Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification is required.
  • Recognised qualifications such as QFA or CFP are highly valued.
  • You must have proven ability to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Strong self-motivation and initiative, with a high level of energy and drive, are essential.
  • Experience in sales, either with intermediaries or direct to the public, is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and electronic point-of-sale systems is necessary.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills are required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing competing tasks and priorities, is crucial.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability, knowing when to seek support or take decisions independently, is vital.
