Accounts Payable Administrator

We are seeking an enthusiastic, hard-working, and experienced administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in a busy reception and office environment and will be highly computer literate, especially with Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining the Microsoft Dynamics 365 system for factory purchases.
  • Inputting invoices.
  • Managing and processing weekly and monthly supplier payments, including inputting RCT on the revenue website.
  • Reconciling monthly creditor statements.
  • Liaising with department heads for accurate and efficient purchasing processes.
  • Preparing and analyzing purchase reports for accurate and timely month-end/year-end close processes.
  • Managing and resolving issues or disputes related to payments or invoices.
  • Reconciling bank accounts and posting bank payments.
  • Answering and directing incoming calls, ensuring detailed messages are passed on.
  • Performing general administration duties such as ordering stationery and kitchen supplies, organizing couriers, distributing post, and managing boardroom bookings.
  • Performing ad hoc work as required.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Receptionist/Administrator in a busy office environment.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience with D365 is desirable but not essential.
  • Exceptional phone manner.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
