Business Development Representative Job Description

This role requires a dynamic individual to qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for contacting potential clients through cold calls and emails, presenting the company's products/services, and identifying client needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in software sales with a proven track record of meeting targets. They should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. A bachelor's degree is preferred, and fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of CRM systems and lead qualification is also required.

The successful candidate will be highly motivated, target-driven, and have a hunter mentality. They should be able to deliver tailored presentations addressing diverse audience needs and manage relationships effectively.

Responsibilities:

  4. Present our company to potential clients">
  5. Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services">

  8. Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Sales Account Managers">
  9. Report to the Inside sales management on sales results">
  10. Stay up to date with new products/services and new campaign offerings">
