Key Responsibilities
  • Build strategic partnerships with key employers to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase revenue streams through certificate sales and other revenue-generating products.
  • SUPPORT the development of revenue-generating offerings, focusing on education, learning, and employer strategy, with a specific focus on promoting certificates, courses, and products as part of the Ireland strategy.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing a sales pipeline, understanding the potential contribution each employer and national body could make to targets and strategy. You will work closely with Education, Accreditation, Marketing, Central Sales & Marketing, Partnerships, and Market Head to develop and deliver a plan of activity for all key partners across Ireland.

You will deliver against key KPIs, including targets, certificate sales, and annualized new and existing business meetings. Additionally, you will ensure the appropriate promotion of products and services to employers, developing opportunities for existing members, and achieving an enhanced reputation and influence.
