Exciting opportunity exists for a talented professional to join our team as an Administrator in Treasury Operations.

This dynamic role involves managing various aspects of Treasury Products, including Derivatives, FX, Money Markets and Deposits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Settlement and Confirmation: Ensure timely settlement and confirmation of Treasury Products
  • Daily Payment Management: Oversee daily payment and positioning of funds with Corporate and Commercial Banking customers
  • Engagement with Customers: Develop strong relationships with Corporate and Commercial Banking customers to confirm transactions
  • Customer Service: Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to provide exceptional customer service
  • Query Resolution: Promptly resolve any queries or concerns
  • Operational Controls: Adhere to Operational and Key controls to ensure smooth operations
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within current processes and drive change
  • Reporting: Prepare monthly MIS reports for management review
  • Trade Confirmation: Escalate unconfirmed trades/positions and unreconciled items in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Timely Delivery: Meet prescribed timelines for tasks and projects
  • Numerical Skills: Possess good numerical skills and excel in financial calculations
  • Procedural Compliance: Adhere to established procedures and controls
  • Excel Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in Excel and ability to utilize its features
  • Initiative and Communication: Utilize own initiative and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prioritization and Flexibility: Display flexibility and ability to manage several evolving priorities
