Job Overview

Cook Ireland Ltd is a leading medical device manufacturer, and we are currently seeking a skilled Tender Coordinator and Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support department, you will be responsible for coordinating tenders, managing customer relationships, and ensuring that all customer requests are handled efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They should also possess a strong understanding of tendering processes and procedures, as well as proficiency in using various software applications.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate tenders and quotations according to company guidelines
  • Manage customer relationships and resolve queries efficiently
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Update customer records and maintain accurate data

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer support or administration role
  • Knowledge of tendering processes and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
