The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, managing the office operations, and ensuring a smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage the office support desk, handling software product-related queries and concerns.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, contractors, and suppliers through effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
  • Oversee the service delivery process from order placement to installation, ensuring seamless execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in customer support, administration, or sales/purchasing administration.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing situations, and multitask effectively.
