Customer Support Coordinator

SPEEDECK is seeking a Customer Support Coordinator to join their team in Limerick, Ireland.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, managing the office operations, and ensuring a smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities:- Be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Manage the office support desk, handling software product-related queries and concerns.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, contractors, and suppliers through effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
- Oversee the service delivery process from order placement to installation, ensuring seamless execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in customer support, administration, or sales/purchasing administration.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills.
- Proven ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing situations, and multitask effectively.
