Strategic Account Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our Enterprise Commercial team in Ireland. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading strategic technology transformations, managing account plans, and ensuring alignment between Microsoft revenue targets and customer business needs.
You'll have the opportunity to develop deep insights into customer industries and drive optimization and digitalization solutions. As an industry expert, you'll engage with decision-makers to educate them on Microsoft's value proposition and identify new opportunities within assigned accounts.
This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact on your customers in the Irish market. You'll be part of a team that's dedicated to delivering a differentiated customer experience and establishing Microsoft as market leaders.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account plans to meet Microsoft revenue targets and customer outcomes.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote mutually beneficial customer digital transformation strategies.
- Develop a strong understanding of customer business and industry priorities to drive new business opportunities and growth.
What You'll Need:
- Multiple years of experience in working in an industry (e.g., Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Energy, Government, Education), driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology).
