Senior Tax Product Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Tax Product Specialist.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing tax product strategies across custodian services. This includes defining product roadmaps, executing on tax services delivered to cross-border institutional investors, managing cost of production, and tracking regulatory changes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Technology: Support execution of tax platform modernisation, including focus on tax systems solutioning for strategic Custody projects.
  • Lead on data workstream – to take a role of a data governance lead for tax.
  • Drive tax solutioning for tax authorities data demand within tax systems.
  • Product Expertise:
  • Following market, industry and client trends to own field and adapts them for application Citi's products and solutions platforms.
  • Managing client and competitor market research and developing product innovation roadmap.
  • Risk & Control:
  • Execution of due diligence program across central processing hubs and branch locations.
  • Implementation of appropriate MIS, monitoring capabilities, and control tests.

The ideal candidate should have a proven success record in financial services, custody services or tax consulting, with a minimum 6+ years experience in the industry. They should be able to demonstrate a track record of project managing a complex product set with a hands-on leadership style.
