Job Title: Quality Assurance Expert

An ideal candidate for this role will have a strong understanding of quality assurance systems, as well as current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and standard QA procedures. The individual will be responsible for supporting key quality activities, including Annual Product Quality Reviews, Customer Complaint Investigations, Counterfeit Sample Assessments, QA Documentation Review & Approval, and Quality Metrics Reporting.

  • The successful candidate will be able to work independently on routine tasks with general guidance for new assignments.
  • Strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with multiple stakeholders to meet objectives.

Preferred qualifications include:

  1. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a GMP-regulated environment.
  2. Bachelor's degree in a scientific or related field.

Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Participating in inter-departmental and cross-functional teams.
  2. Authoring site contributions to Annual Product Quality Reviews and coordinating with global teams.
  3. Conducting counterfeit assessments related to product complaints.
  4. Investigating customer complaints in a timely and thorough manner.
  5. Collecting and reporting on quality metrics.
  6. Contributing to the authoring, reviewing, and approval of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other controlled documents.
  7. Conducting QA walkthroughs to ensure site compliance with GMP requirements.
