Role Overview

We offer a structured three-year graduate program designed to help you develop into an experienced professional in your chosen field. You will benefit from training and development, mentoring, and support for accreditations relevant to your area of expertise. This program empowers you to drive your career and exposes you to various experiences to gain the skills needed to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

You will join a multidisciplinary team supporting clients with their needs covering aspects such as HVAC, mechanical, architectural, process, electrical, commissioning, validation, and construction management services. As an HVAC Engineer, you will contribute to key activities within HVAC/Building Services design, including energy-saving reviews, sustainability systems, and project support across areas like Grade A clean rooms, chilled/cold water systems, heating hot water systems, and compressed air systems.

Requirements & Qualifications
  • You will be graduating or have recently graduated with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree.
  • You will demonstrate Arcadian skills including resilience, creativity, analytical thinking, and teamwork.
  • You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to use technical knowledge to influence stakeholders.
  • You are willing to travel and stay away from home when required.
