Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned business professional to drive growth and development within our international working culture. As a key member of our team, you will focus on creating and executing strategies to increase adoption of Hilti Pre-fabrication solutions across the Irish domestic market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account standardization, project specification, sales development, and multi-level relationship management to increase Hilti's pre-fabrication offering.
  • Lead the strategy for assigned accounts and drive its implementation through collaboration with Hilti counterparts at regional and global levels.
  • Provide market intelligence insights to the Large Projects teams to confirm and/or update segment strategies.
  • Maintain effective communication throughout the team and company, acting as the owner of assigned accounts.
Requirements
  • Engineering / Technical Background (industry relevant experience) with strong commercial/business capabilities and relevant experience.
  • Proactive, results-driven attitude with a focus on innovation and adaptability.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in matrix environments, fostering collaboration across local and global teams.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills with a target-driven mindset.
