Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join our team and help us develop an internal platform for automating marketing business processes.

This role requires working with big data, machine learning, and data delivery pipelines. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing frameworks and libraries, reading and analyzing code, and optimizing performance/scalability.

As a Senior Data Engineer, you will be responsible for preparing data for the marketing and game analytics teams, developing a data delivery pipeline in the form of DAG processes for Airflow/Luigi, implementing forecasting and ML models in production, integrating with partner services to receive data from them, and building data quality processes for new and existing sources.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of general experience in Data Engineering
  • 3+ years of technical background in Python: skill in designing frameworks and libraries, ability to read and analyze code, and experience in profiling and optimizing performance/scalability
  • Skills in working with popular DE/ML frameworks: Airflow, pandas, SQLAlchemy, TensorFlow, MLflow
  • Skills in writing and optimizing SQL queries, ability to work with query plans, and experience working with repositories of different architectures: MPP, columnar, relation, Hadoop, in-memory
